Hi.I hav my account in this bank .I hav not a very good experience wid this bank. Althogh they provide the facilities of Nomination, internet banking, ATM/Debit card, immediate updating of passbook, Retail loans-Housing loans & Auto loans , Locker facility , SMS alert facility etc to their customers but I m not satisfied with their available services.The services of this bank are not very much good.I hav The Rupay Debit card of this bank .when I tries to make payment from my debit card on any online website, There always occurs a error in the payment .I contacted the bank but they didn’t listen carefully to my problem and said ur problem will b resolved soon. But still no help is given to me by the bank .??
